Ganon is the primary antagonist of the Legend of Zelda series. Ganon is a monstrous demon form of Ganondorf, typically resembling a boar, and is often seen as the final boss of Zelda games. He appears as a Guest Object in the Wii U and the European 3DS versions of Scribblenauts Unlimited.
He has 150 HP and deals 20 HP per hit with his attack.
Like other Nintendo guest objects, Ganon cannot have adjectives applied to him and cannot be edited with the Object Editor.
Behavior
Ganon immediately becomes hostile towards Link, Sheik, Tingle, Beedle, Navi, Gorons, and Epona. He will also approach Zelda while expressing the
emotion, and becomes scared of anybody who is wielding the Master Sword. Ganon is otherwise neutral to all NPCs, and does not attack unless provoked.
Ganon is interested in the Triforce, and will express the
emotion towards it.
Two Ganons cannot exist in one level at the same time. Creating a new Ganon while one is already in a level will destroy the older one. This is completely separate from Ganondorf, and both Ganon and Ganondorf are able to be used simultaneously.
Trivia
- Ganon's design is based on his incarnation from Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, known in that game as Dark Beast Ganon.
- This is unlike Ganondorf, who's design is based on Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. Ganondorf never transforms into Ganon in The Wind Waker, and as such Ganon had no Wind Waker design to pull from.
- Ganon has identical behavior to Ganondorf, except if Ganondorf couldn't hold items.
- Ganon does not have an entirely unique model and animations in Scribblenauts, and appears to have been made by modifying the sprite of a Behemoth.
- Oddly, Ganon and Ganondorf can both exist at the same time, despite being alternate forms of the same person. It's unknown why they don't replace each other like Sheik and Zelda do.
- It could be argued that this happens due to Ganon and Ganondorf using designs from different games, but so do Shiek and Zelda use different game designs as well.
