Peanuts are the oval seeds of a South American plant, often eaten as a snack or used for making oil or animal feed. Despite their name, Peanuts are not actually nuts, but are typically eaten as if they were.

Appearance

The Peanuts object appears as a glass jar with a green lid, with a collection of small nuts inside of it.

The object was redesigned in Scribblenauts Showdown, and now appears as a slightly larger jar with a red lid, and the jar's contents depicting actual peanuts. This redesign is later seen in the Scribblenauts Mega Pack version of Scribblenauts Unlimited, but strangely the original design is still used in the Mega Pack version of Scribblenauts Unmasked.

Behavior

If you empty the "jar" of Peanuts, it produces three of the singular "peanut" object. After this, the peanut jar can be used as if it were a normal container. The peanut jar does not have a different sprite one it's empty.

The jar of peanuts is edible as well, and can be eaten both before and after it's been emptied.

Trivia

• The original peanuts sprite is the same sprite as catnip.
• The Peanuts's "jar" has different properties when eaten as a food compared to the three peanuts contained within it. The main container is categorized as a salty junk food while the individual peanuts inside it are categorized as raw nuts and grains instead.
