Neutral makes the wielder become neutral. It is useful for making hostile foes become neutral and keeping them from attacking you.
It doesn't make nonliving objects sentient, however NPCs will express the 
emotion. This adjective can be given to an object by colliding an acid object with an alkaline object.
Trivia
- For some reason, all bats spawned in Scribblenauts Remix would automatically spawn with the Neutral adjective.
