A flute is a reedless woodwind instrument, common in orchestras and wind ensembles. It's played by blowing into an opening while opening or closing holes in the flute's body.
Appearance
The original flute appears as a long, brown instrument with several finger holes, resembling a mostly wooden flute despite being considered a metal object.
In Scribblenauts Showdown, the flute was redesigned to more closely resemble a modern flute, and is made entirely of metal and has keys instead of finger holes. This redesign is later seen in the Scribblenauts Mega Pack version of Scribblenauts Unlimited, but strangely the original design is still used in the Mega Pack version of Scribblenauts Unmasked.
