The First lady is the wife of the president. She is invincible and can only die from instant kills, such as the black hole, Death, nuke, meteor, etc. She is interested in the President.
She resembles the former U.S. First Lady Michelle Obama, who was the current First Lady at the time of the game's release.

Super Scribblenauts and Scribblenauts Remix

Scribblenauts Unlimited and Scribblenauts Unmasked
Like most other NPCs in Unlimited, the First Lady was given variants for both genders. The male First Lady, which can also be spawned as a "First Gentleman" uses a similar sprite to the President, albeit with some differences. Like the president's sprite, this male sprite for the first lady is based on former U.S. President Barack Obama, Michelle Obama's husband.
Scribblenauts Showdown
This game introduces a second variant of the first lady, with the sprite used now being selected randomly each time the first lady is spawned. Compared to the previous design, this new variant is a lighter-skinned woman with a red suit.
Alongside the new female variant, a second male variant was also added, being an older light-skinned man with gray, combed-back hair, a brown suit, and a dark blue tie.
Scribblenauts Mega Pack
Strangely, in the Scribblenauts Mega Pack, which variants are available is based on which game is being played. In Scribblenauts Unlimited, all four of the first lady variants seen in Scribblenauts Showdown are available, functioning identically to how they did that game. In Scribblenauts Unmasked however, the first lady has the exact same variants as the original release, and the designs from showdown are not present.
