Blue Cheese is any cheese treated with edible mold, which create blue-green spots or veins through the cheese. Blue cheeses can vary in flavor, color, and consistency depending on how they are made, but tend to have a distinctive smell and increase in flavor and aroma with age.

Appearance

Blue Cheese originally appears as a light colored wedge of cheese with three spots of blue mold within it.

Blue Cheese got a minor design tweak in Scribblenauts Showdown, having more mold visible in the cheese. This redesign is later seen in the Scribblenauts Mega Pack version of Scribblenauts Unlimited, but strangely the original design is still used in the Mega Pack version of Scribblenauts Unmasked.
