The @ArrowDouble is an object that never appears in normal gameplay of Scribblenauts Unlimited, and can only be seen using the "@" Method.

It's a double-sided yellow arrow in the same style as the to the @ArrowEnd and @ArrowMiddle. The @ArrowDouble was possibly meant to be used for the No Parking Sign seen in Capital City, but was replaced by the other @Arrow objects. It's also possible the arrow was intended to be seen elsewhere in the game, but was removed for other reasons.
